Using the RAIN method Nuala will walk you through identifying repetitive thinking patterns that are holding you back, keeping you feeling stuck and instead show you how to process difficult emotions in a healthy and positive way.
This group session includes a workbook and practical techniques for releasing negative emotions from the body.
